Coordinate administrative and comprehensive affairs of the college; compile official documents including comprehensive work plans, reports and summaries; arrange and manage meetings, Party building work, trade union affairs and external liaison work. Perform other duties as assigned by the university and higher competent authorities.

Establish and improve institutional rules and regulations to ensure the smooth operation of teaching and implement teaching management with international characteristics. Take charge of the formulation of talent training programs, discipline development and curriculum construction for cooperative education programs. Manage academic affairs, examination administration and student status management of the college.

Undertake the college’s external liaison work, reception of foreign experts and guests, and inter-university exchange affairs; be responsible for preparing application materials for Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and programs, and administering overseas study tours as well as faculty and student overseas entry-exit affairs. Collaborate with the Program Center on foreign teacher management, international event coordination and the operation of overseas study programs, and conduct full-process management of student exchange programs. Expand cooperation channels with domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, enterprises and international organizations. Promote the implementation of industry-education integration projects and the construction of university-enterprise cooperation bases. Coordinate overseas study training programs, international non-degree education and social services. Facilitate the introduction of international educational resources and the development of overseas cooperation bases to support the college’s international development strategy. Liu Zhiming serves concurrently as the person-in-charge of the Development and Cooperation Office, while Dong Guanghui and Chen Siyu serve concurrently as foreign affairs secretaries.

Coordinate the planning of the college’s infrastructure, laboratories and scientific research platforms, and conduct full-process asset management of relevant equipment. Oversee information construction, network operation and maintenance, and digital system support. Lead safety and fire prevention work as well as environmental management, implement the control of hazardous chemicals, hidden danger investigation and other safety-related tasks, and fulfill the dual responsibilities of one’s post in professional work and workplace safety. Assist in promoting campus construction and resource sharing.

Take charge of students’ ideological and political education and daily management and services; assist relevant departments in the evaluation and commendation of students for various awards and honors. Be responsible for the management, organization, publicity and reporting of student activities. Guide the operation of all student organizations of the college, educate and guide students to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities, and encourage and support students to practice self-management, self-service, self-education and self-supervision.
