Feng GUAN, a CPC member, Lecturer, full-time counselor, and Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Youth League Branch of Hainan International College, Northeast Forestry University, graduated from the School of Traffic and Transportation, Northeast Forestry University with a Master of Engineering degree in Logistics Engineering in June 2018. He joined the School of Traffic and Transportation, Northeast Forestry University in June 2020. He has previously served as a full-time counselor of the School of Traffic and Transportation, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Civil Engineering and Traffic Engineering, and temporary Deputy Secretary of the University Youth League Committee. He has received numerous honors and awards, including the First Prize in the 2022 Mental Health Education Young Teachers Teaching Competition of Northeast Forestry University, the First Prize in the First University Counselor Short Video Competition, the title of “Model League Cadre” in 2024, and the honorary title of Advanced Individual in “Management and Education” for 2024–2026. He won the Second Prize in the 7th Heilongjiang Provincial University Party Branch Secretary Quality and Ability Competition and has been awarded the title of “Excellent Volunteer Service Instructor” of the university for two consecutive years. Under his guidance, the Yinghuo Volunteer Association was awarded the title of the 11th Heilongjiang Provincial “Top Ten Outstanding Youth Volunteer Service Collectives”. He has been recognized as an “Excellent Instructor for Summer Social Practice” by the university for four consecutive years, and the student team he guided was honored as an Excellent Social Practice Team of Heilongjiang Province in 2024.
