Guo Chenhe

A member of the Communist Party of China, he is currently an intern counselor at Hainan International College. During his undergraduate years, he served as the vice secretary of the college's Youth League Committee and the president of the Aoxing Youth Volunteer Association. He has received numerous honors from the school, including "Advanced Individual in Social Practice", "Outstanding Student Leader", and "First Prize for Outstanding Social Practice Team". He also participated in the 2022 World 5G Conference as a volunteer and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Volunteer".
