Zixuan MA holds a Master of Science in Psychoanalytic Theory from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Durham University. She is a certified IPCF Family Education Instructor (Psychological Standards and Service Research Committee of Chinese Psychological Society, 2022) and a certified Psychological Counselor of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has received systematic and professional training covering Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), counseling ethics and practice, adolescent psychological counseling, suicide crisis assessment and intervention organized by the Faculty of Psychology, Beijing Normal University, and the Feminist Therapy Seminar hosted by Laura S. Brown. She currently serves as a full-time psychological counselor at Xilin College, Northeast Forestry University.
