Male, born in May 1979, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctorate, is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor, and a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He has presided over and participated in more than 50 projects of various types, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published over 70 papers, among which 10 are indexed by SCI and 9 by EI. He has also authored one monograph (published by Science Press) and obtained 32 national patents, including 5 invention patents.

As the chief or co-chief editor, I have edited 4 textbooks and participated in the editing of 9 others. I have published 1 monograph with Science Press. I have built 4 online courses and 1 first-class course at the university level, and won 2 teaching quality awards. I have guided 17 student innovation projects, including 12 at the national level. I have also guided students to win 41 awards in competitions, among which 14 are at the provincial level or above.

Served as a reviewer for multiple SCI and EI journals such as "Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications", "Energy Policy", "Journal of Jilin University (Engineering and Technology Edition)", and "Journal of South China University of Technology (Natural Science Edition)". Member of the Traffic Safety Policy and Transportation Management Subcommittee of the World Congress on Transportation, member of the China Highway Society, and member of the China Society of Automotive Engineers.
