Wei LUO, Han Ethnicity, Member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Management. He commenced his career in July 2003. He has successively served as Counselor of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of the Vocational and Technical College, Office Director of the Forest Museum, Section Chief of the Information Section of the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office, and Section Chief of the Management Section of the Employment Guidance and Cooperative Development Office.He was appointed Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Dean of Aulin College in May 2021. In June 2026, he took office as Deputy Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch and Deputy Dean of Hainan International College, Northeast Forestry University.
