Rui MA, Member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Laws. She commenced work in July 2003. She previously served as Teaching Secretary of the College of Foreign Languages, Director of the General Office of the Graduate School, and Deputy Curator of the University Museum. She was Deputy Dean of Aulin College, Northeast Forestry University from April 2023 to May 2024. She took office as Deputy Dean of Hainan International College, Northeast Forestry University in May 2024, and Secretary of the Directly Affiliated Party Branch of Hainan International College in April 2026.
